Exit is 10. A decade is a long time in music and many aren’t lucky to last that long. However, when you release quality music like dBridge’s Exit Records you find longevity is not a problem.
To celebrate this milestone he’s put together the mother of all line-ups for Exit Records 10th Birthday event taking place at Fire in Vauxhall, South London on Friday April 12th in conjunction with promoters Basslaced. Celebrating the past but also keeping in line with the future music he’s known for, dBridge has rounded up a selection of label friends and family to take part in the big occasion.
Calibre, Marcus Intalex and Klute will be representing, as well as Exit regular Dub Phizix and partner in crime Strategy. Expect some cold music from Loxy and Jubei plus Breakage doing a classics set. Doc Scott is taking it back to the Blue Note with his selection, not to mention a Bristol only session from Krust and Die and a No U Turn special from Fierce alongside Ryme Tyme. On mic duties will be SP:MC, DRS, Skittles, LX One and Justyce making sure the crowd is hyper than hyped.
As if that wasn’t enough dBridge has to harked back to his roots by getting none other than Bad Company to reform for the night. The team that brought you such seminal tunes as The Nine, Four Days and countless more will be rolling back the years for this one night only set.
A guaranteed roadblock this is seriously one party not to be missed. Keep an eye on Data Transmission for further updates and more.
