A player in electronic and dance music since the creation of his first band Avida in the 80s, Alexander Robotnick has been actively and consistently creating, producing and recording for three decades, over which time the artist has generated a large amount of draft audio sketches and rough ideas.
Identifying now as the time to deal with this chaotic backlog, Robotnick has begun sifting through the droves of material, extracting and wittling down to just the best bits. Once edited these one-time idea tracks are to be released a few at a time on two to five track EPs, every week for a year.
The first edition of Robotnick's Archives came out earlier this week, with Volume 2. due out on January the 16th 2012 on his Hot Elephant imprint. Preview both in the Juno Players below.
